Consent to data processing for the mailing list

When resubscribing, I freely and voluntarily authorise Паламарчук Юлия Сергеевна (Yuliya Sergeevna Palamarchuk), a self-employed individual in Moscow, email julia.innovator@yandex.ru, to process data to send materials, news and advertising about her own products, services and events in the Telegram or MAX bot where I confirm my subscription.

Data: platform, user and chat identifiers, subscription status, sending and delivery records, and consent time and version. Conversation content and link history are not used for advertising profiling. This consent does not cover email, SMS, calls or another messenger.

I permit collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, disclosure to the chosen platform as necessary for delivery, restriction, deletion and destruction, with and without automation. Infrastructure, protection and enquiry handling are described in the Privacy policy.

I select “I agree to updates and advertising” in the form linking to this document and the advertising consent, then press “Subscribe and continue”. I may clear the checkbox before confirmation. Valid consent for bot services is not extended. If mailing-list processing consent is already valid, its expiry is also preserved.

New consent lasts until withdrawal, fulfilment of its purpose or 12 months after confirmation, whichever occurs first. Unsubscribing in “⚙️ Settings” (/privacy), using /unsubscribe or contacting the email above immediately ends processing for this purpose and advertising. This does not mean all data have already been deleted: destruction and necessary evidence retention follow the policy and statutory deadlines.

On first use, this purpose is covered by the personal data processing consent and applies only after a separate subscription choice. This document permits restoring mailing-list processing consent after unsubscribing without re-requesting valid consent for bot services.
