Consent to personal data processing

I freely and voluntarily consent to Паламарчук Юлия Сергеевна (Yuliya Sergeevna Palamarchuk), a self-employed individual in Moscow, email julia.innovator@yandex.ru, processing my personal data in the bot where I confirm this consent, Telegram or MAX.

Purposes

  1. Providing links to the operator’s accounts, guides, PDFs and other materials that I request by a command or the relevant button.
  2. Receiving my enquiries, preparing replies and preserving the context of conversations.
  3. Recording traffic sources and demand for materials and links, without using this information for advertising profiling.

Bot subscription

If I separately select consent to updates and advertising and press “Subscribe and continue”, this consent also permits processing the platform, user and chat identifiers, subscription status, sending and delivery records to send new materials, news and advertising for the operator’s own products, services and events. Conversation content and link history are not used for advertising profiling.

Data are not used for this purpose before I separately consent to receive the mailing list. Free materials are a subscription bonus. To continue using the bot, both consents must be valid. On first use, I select both separate consents and press “Subscribe and continue”; on later visits, I confirm only missing, withdrawn or expired consent. I may unsubscribe at any time, including immediately after receiving materials, without returning them. Data-protection enquiries and consent withdrawal remain available regardless of subscription. This conditional mailing-list purpose does not cover email, SMS, calls, another messenger or advertisements from other senders.

Data

Platform; user and chat identifiers; profile first and last names and username, where available; technical bot-account and Telegram Premium flags; interface and selected conversation language; my messages and the operator’s replies; commands, button presses and requested materials; delivery, chat unavailability and retry information; source tags and visits to tracked links; dates and times of these actions.

Telegram records my selected Russian or English language. MAX uses Russian. Consent in one platform does not constitute consent in the other.

Operations and duration

I permit collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, disclosure to the selected platform as necessary for delivery, restriction, deletion and destruction, with and without automation. Infrastructure and enquiry handling are described in the Personal data processing policy.

Consent lasts until withdrawal, achievement of the relevant purposes or 12 months after this consent is given, whichever occurs first. The limits are 12 months for conversation history and profile data, 90 days for user-level analytics and 30 days for completed technical delivery events. Data are deleted earlier if their purpose is achieved and retention is no longer necessary. Automated advertising does not extend these periods.

Withdrawal and confirmation

I can withdraw consent in “⚙️ Settings” (/privacy), with confirmation, using /withdraw in this bot or emailing julia.innovator@yandex.ru with the messenger and account details. Processing and destruction are handled within statutory time limits. Where an independent legal basis exists, only the data needed for that basis are retained; this does not permit continued advertising.

After withdrawal, further bot services may be unavailable if they require processing for which no lawful basis remains.

I give this consent by selecting the separate “I agree to personal data processing” checkbox and pressing “Subscribe and continue”, or “Continue” when only data-processing consent needs renewal. Both checkboxes start unchecked and can be cleared before confirmation; checkbox changes are recorded separately from granted consent. The operator records the platform, account identifier, action time, language and document version. Evidence is processed as described in the policy.

Mailing-list processing is permitted only while both this consent and the separate consent to receive updates and advertising remain valid, for no more than 12 months after each is given. Opting out immediately ends processing for the mailing list without withdrawing consent for bot services. I can opt out using the “Unsubscribe” button in “⚙️ Settings” (/privacy), by sending “Unsubscribe from advertising”, using /unsubscribe or contacting the email above.

Selecting the data-processing checkbox alone does not enable the mailing list. This consent does not authorise publication of my messages, name or testimonials.

“⚙️ Settings” (/privacy) shows current consent status and allows withdrawal. Opening settings or repeating /start does not grant or extend consent. Resubscribing preserves the expiry of valid consent for bot services. If mailing-list data-processing consent has been withdrawn or expired, its terms appear in a separate document in the subscription form; confirmation restores only missing permissions. After withdrawing all consents, both must be confirmed again.
