Consent to receive advertising

I consent to receiving new materials, news and advertising from Паламарчук Юлия Сергеевна (Yuliya Sergeevna Palamarchuk), a self-employed individual, email julia.innovator@yandex.ru, about her own products, services, events, sales launches and special offers.

The channel is exclusively the Telegram or MAX bot in which I confirm this consent. It does not cover another messenger, email, SMS, telephone calls or advertising from other senders.

Consent is voluntary. Requesting a guide, contacting the operator, starting the bot or consenting to processing for bot services does not itself constitute advertising consent. Free materials are a subscription bonus. A subscription is required to continue using the bot. I may unsubscribe immediately after receiving materials without returning them. Unsubscribing and data-protection enquiries remain available regardless of subscription.

Consent lasts 12 months from the date it is given, until withdrawal or until the sender ends the mailing, whichever occurs first.

I can opt out using the “Unsubscribe” button in “⚙️ Settings” (/privacy), /unsubscribe, by sending that message in the bot or emailing julia.innovator@yandex.ru with the messenger and account details. On receiving my request, the sender immediately stops advertising, including messages that are still queued.

I give consent by selecting the separate “I agree to updates and advertising” checkbox under the message linking to this document and pressing “Subscribe and continue”. The checkbox starts unchecked and can be cleared before confirmation. The sender records the platform, account identifier, action time, language and document version.

The personal data processing consent confirmed with a separate checkbox on first use or renewal permits mailing-list processing only if I separately choose to subscribe. Sending begins after this choice and only while both consents remain valid.

“⚙️ Settings” (/privacy) shows current consent status and allows withdrawal. Opening settings or repeating /start does not grant or extend consent. Resubscribing preserves the expiry of valid consent for bot services. If mailing-list data-processing consent has been withdrawn or expired, its terms appear in a separate document in the subscription form; confirmation restores only missing permissions. After withdrawing all consents, both must be confirmed again.
